The founder of OMITUNTUN AGEMAWO FOUNDATION (OAF), Alhaji Akande Riliwan Kehinde AGEMAWO, has further strengthened the grassroots appeal and political fortunes of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) ahead of the forthcoming elections with a significant donation of bags of cement and solar lights to Seriki-Olorisaoko and Okegbemi communities in Ward 11 of Akinyele Local Government. The intervention, described as a practical demonstration of community oriented leadership, is expected to provide much needed support to residents while reinforcing the growing acceptance of the APM family across the grassroots. The bags of cement were donated specifically to support the ongoing construction of the community bridge, a project considered important to improving movement, accessibility and socioeconomic activities within the communities.

Alhaji AGEMAWO, a seasoned philanthropist, astute grassroots mobiliser and committed party man, made the donation in support of the people and in the name of the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye; the Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency APM Candidate, Engr. Toheeb Adegoke ADLAT; and the OYHA Akinyele Constituency 2 APM Candidate, Hon. Olalere Ajibola Solomon ERE.
The gesture is one of the numerous philanthropic interventions associated with Alhaji AGEMAWO across Akinyele Local Government, reflecting his consistent commitment to community development and grassroots empowerment.

Beyond the immediate impact of the cement and solar lights, the initiative is also aimed at complementing the development-oriented efforts of the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, Engr. Toheeb Adegoke ADLAT and Hon. Olalere Solomon ERE. It further demonstrates how community-focused individuals can contribute to strengthening the positive impact of responsive leadership at the local level.

Speaking on the occasion, Alhaji AGEMAWO urged the people to support candidates who, in his view, understand the needs of the grassroots and are committed to delivering meaningful dividends of democracy. He declared that the APM candidates possess the capacity and vision required to take effective representation to a greater height, while calling on residents to vote massively and decisively for the party in the December 2026 Local Government Elections and the 2027 general elections. According to him, the future of Akinyele depends on collective support for leaders who are accessible, development-minded and committed to the people.
