The Akinyele Local Government Chairperson, Mrs. Funmilola Akinleye, has expressed profound gratitude to her family, friends, political associates, traditional and religious leaders, government officials, staff members, supporters and well-wishers who joined her in celebrating her 50th birthday.

Mrs. Akinleye described the outpouring of love, prayers, goodwill and thoughtful gestures she received before, during and after the celebration as deeply touching and overwhelming. She particularly appreciated everyone who took the time to attend her birthday celebration in person, saying their presence added immense joy, warmth and unforgettable memories to the special occasion.

In a message made available to the public, Mrs. Akinleye also extended her sincere appreciation to those who were unable to attend the celebration due to one reason or another. She said she fully understood the circumstances that prevented some people from being physically present and was equally grateful for their calls, messages, prayers, gifts and other expressions of love and goodwill.

She noted that reaching the milestone of 50 years was a significant blessing and an opportunity to reflect on life, family, relationships and the grace of God. According to her, the love and affection demonstrated by people from different walks of life made the celebration even more meaningful, while the prayers and words of encouragement would remain a treasured part of her Golden Jubilee memories.

Mrs. Funmilola Akinleye therefore prayed for God’s abundant blessings, good health, peace, prosperity and fulfilment upon everyone who celebrated with her, whether in person or from afar. She expressed her heartfelt appreciation once again, saying the love shown to her on her 50th birthday would remain deeply cherished, and pledged to continue being a source of love, support and inspiration to her family, community and everyone around her.
