The Coalition For Progressive Agenda which is a coalition of youth groups, Civil Societies, socio cultural groups and opinion influencers who are interested in protecting the socioeconomic reforms of the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration have condemned in totality the politically induced call for the removal of Mr Zacheus Adedeji Adelabu as the Chairman Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).

In a statement made available to newsmen at Akure, the spokesperson of the group Mr Oloja Olanrewaju described the unnecessary call as an attempt to derail the present economic progression of the President Tinubu Administration.

In his words he further stated that a call for the removal of someone who have Quadrupled the Internally Generated Revenue, multiply states allocation and by implication inject growths into our economy is a direct sabotage of our collective growth.

The group advises the petitioners to come clean and tell well meaning Nigerians why they are scared of Zach and his masses oriented Tax reforms, while they call on the Federal Government to protect Mr Zacheus Adelabu from media and coordinated attacks as he is a national asset poised to rejuvenate the Nigeria Renew Hope economic recovery.
