The Akinyele Local Government Chief of Staff, Hon. Adeyemi Abideen Aderinwale, has felicitated his boss, the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an exceptional leader, mentor and source of inspiration. Hon. Aderinwale expressed deep appreciation for the Chairman’s guidance, support and commitment to the progress and wellbeing of the people of Akinyele.

According to him, “Hon. Akinwole Akinleye is not just my boss; he is a mentor, an inspiration and the best boss anyone could ask for. Working under his administration has given me the opportunity to learn, grow and contribute meaningfully to the development of our local government.”

Hon. Aderinwale further highlighted the Chairman’s remarkable ability to empower members of his team and create an enabling environment where everyone can contribute their ideas, talents and expertise. He said, “One of the qualities I admire most about my boss is the confidence he has in his team. He gives us the freedom to demonstrate our capabilities and trusts us to deliver.
