The lawmaker representing Akinyele State Constituency 1 at the Oyo State House of Assembly and Allied Peoples Movement (APM) Candidate for Akinyele Constituency 1, Hon. Abiola Olalekan Monsur, has joined family, friends, associates, political stakeholders and well-wishers across Akinyele Local Government and beyond to celebrate the Akinyele LG Chairperson, Mrs. Funmilola Akinleye, on the occasion of her 50th birthday.

Hon. Abiola Olalekan Monsur described Mrs. Funmilola Akinleye as a woman of exceptional grace, compassion and strength, whose life continues to reflect the beauty of selflessness, humility and genuine concern for the wellbeing of others. He noted that her remarkable personality, warm disposition and commitment to supporting her husband, the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, have made her a worthy example of the saying that “behind every successful man is a strong and supportive woman.”

According to him, Mrs. Akinleye has distinguished herself not merely as the Chairperson of Akinyele Local Government, but as a woman whose presence, character and contributions continue to positively impact the people around her. He commended her for the dignity with which she carries her responsibilities, her compassion towards the less privileged, and her unwavering encouragement of initiatives that promote unity, development and the welfare of families and communities.
