The Akinyele Local Government Legislative House, under the leadership of the Leader of the House, Hon. Rafiu Kolawole Kazeem (KK), has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, on the occasion of his second year anniversary in office, describing his administration as one driven by visionary leadership, impactful governance and unwavering commitment to the development of the grassroots.

In a congratulatory statement made available to journalists through the spokesperson of the House, Hon. Fagbemi Segun Peters (FSP), the Legislative House commended Hon. Akinwole Akinleye for what it described as “two years of remarkable achievements and people oriented administration” across communities within Akinyele Local Government. The lawmakers noted that the Executive Chairman has continued to demonstrate dedication towards improving the welfare of residents through developmental projects, empowerment programmes and policies aimed at enhancing the standard of living of the people.

Speaking on behalf of the House, Hon. Fagbemi Segun Peters stated that Hon. Akinwole Akinleye has remained steadfast in supporting and advancing the developmental vision of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, at the local government level. According to him, the Executive Chairman’s giant strides in infrastructure development, healthcare services, youth and women empowerment, educational support and community-based initiatives have continued to earn him admiration from residents across the local government. He added that the chairman’s leadership style reflects humility, accessibility, transparency and a sincere passion for the growth of Akinyele Local Government.

The Legislative House further described Hon. Akinwole Akinleye as a leader whose achievements and commitment to good governance are gradually shaping a brighter future for the people of Akinyele Local Government. The lawmakers stressed that the widespread support and goodwill he continues to enjoy from residents across political and religious backgrounds remain a reflection of his impactful leadership and genuine concern for the people.
